Please Note- Parking for preview is located behind the building on 11th street. Free parking is limited but paid parking available in an adjacent lot. PLEASE do not block ingress and egress to small lot – Your vehicle will be towed.
Buyers are responsible for all aspects of removal and agree to remove all items at your own risk. To that end, you will be required to sign a hold harmless before removing any items.. All materials that can be removed by hand/ hand truck/ cart, etc. may be removed by the buyer during pickup times scheduled.
This is a No-Reserve Auction!
15% Buyer’s Premium and 8.9% Sales Tax.
CASH or CREDIT CARD ( limited to 2k) upon pickup or Square online invoice prior to are accepted. All payments are due before pickup. Auctioneer will email an Invoice to Buyer upon processing payment. Buyer hereby waives their rights to chargeback.
All items will be sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties, expressed or implied.
SHIPPING:
Shipping is NOT automatically available for online purchases. If you would like items shipped and/or prepared for trucking you must make your own arrangements.
