PICKUP: Sunday, May 21st from Noon to 6.
This home is under contract and set to close on the 24th. Pick up is one day only, Sunday, May 21st from Noon til 6pm.
We may be able to have someone meet you on the following Monday (May 22nd), but there will be a $25.00 fee plus $10. an hour to cover that expense.
Please do not bid if you cannot work in this time frame.
